Privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Jun Studio handles personal information when you visit our studio website, submit a project inquiry through Meta (Facebook or Instagram), email us, or book a call. It covers Jun Studio's design and development services, not the separate products featured in our portfolio.

Information you provide

Depending on the form or conversation, we receive your name, email address, business or project details, budget range, desired timeline, and any links or messages you share. If a form requests a phone number and you provide it, we receive that too. Booking information may include your chosen meeting time, time zone, and answers to scheduling questions. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

How we use your information

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing newsletter. We do not sell your inquiry details.

Website forms and third-party services

Our website's project brief form prepares an email in your own email application. Completing the form alone does not send the brief to us; we receive it when you send the email. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Our embedded calendar is provided by Calendly. When you load or use it, Calendly may process technical and booking information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Fonts on the studio site are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google's servers. With your permission, our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, booking-button clicks, and completed bookings in the embedded calendar. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL, advertising identifiers and cookies to measure ad performance and associate activity with its services. We do not pass project briefs, names, email addresses, or Calendly booking details to the pixel. You can decline or withdraw permission using Cookie preferences. Bookings completed in a separate Calendly tab are not measured by this site pixel.

If you submit a Meta instant form, Meta collects the details shown in that form and makes them available to Jun Studio. We use those details to contact you about your request. Email providers and scheduling services process information needed to deliver communications and manage bookings. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Read the providers' policies: Meta, Calendly, Cloudflare, and Google.

Retention and protection

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to manage your request, any resulting project, and relevant business or legal records. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to stop following up, correct your information, or delete inquiry information that we no longer need to retain. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including access to your information. Send requests to samarsheikh001@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. To manage information held independently by Meta or Calendly, use their privacy controls or contact them directly.
